THINKING launches 3-electrode gas discharge tubes (GDT) to meet customer’s needs and also expands its SMD type GDT portfolio.

The newly launched series are GPF3Y-M series and GPF3Y-C series, and their dimension is 5x5x7.6mm. The GDTs embody two improvements when comparing with as is one (GQF3R series). One of the improvements is their discharge current (8/20μs) improves from 2.5/5KA to 5/10KA. Besides, the flat surface on new structure of GPF3Y-C series makes high speed pick-and-process more stable.
