QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPT
IQC assures received products from suppliers meet THINKING quality standard and their steady supplies. For key materials, trained inspectors are responsible for testing of principal parameters. In addition, a supplier evaluation ensures THINKING and its suppliers benefit by their high-quality materials.
IPQCIPQC emphasizes that goods in process meet technical consideration, so that production is mastered.
FQCTrained inspectors perform FQC to minimize defects in a THINKING product to zero. Meanwhile, product part numbers are provided to speed up a customer’s receiving inspection.
Production quality control of THINKING is based on SPC. Its cross function team builds the best quality assurance procedure to continuously improve its product quality. In addition, THINKING advanced equipment for reliability testing allows it to test its products and meet international standards and regulations pertaining to quality assurance, such as UL. For providing environmentally-friendly products, certification of IECQ QC080000 helps THINKING to manage and control its material management, manufacturing process, supply chain, and quality assurance through implementation and maintenance of HSPM for hazardous substance free electronic components.
