| Corporate Management Team | Manager of Finance Department is responsible for this team to ensure the company to follow rules and regulations. |
| Risk Management Team | Manager of Finance Department is one member of this team. The manager and other team members are responsible for risk analysis to minimize financial risk of the company. In addition, manager of Quality Assurance Department is responsible for quality management system to deal with and prevent emergency. |
| Green Product Design Team | RD manager is responsible for this team, and the team ensures materials used for developing products meet environmental regulations. |
| Labor Management Committee | Manager of Administration Department is responsible for this committee and acts as a representative of management. The manager calls a meeting with labor representatives regularly to directly communicate with labors. |
| Supplier Management Team | The company is part of electronics industry chain and follows RBA. Manager of supply chain management center is responsible for this team. The team promotes regulations to upstream and downstream suppliers. They also audit the suppliers to ensure them to follow EICC. The team also promotes other rules and regulations to suppliers, including AEO, OHSAS, and FCPA. |
| Occupational Safety and Health Team | People who are responsible for factory affairs, general affairs, medical affairs, and human resources form this team and act as representatives of management. They call labor safety meeting with labors regularly for occupational safety and health. |
| Energy Saving Team | The company follows “Greenhouse Gas Reduction and Management Act” to conserve energy and reduce carbon emission. Factory director leads energy saving team to promote energy saving measures for environmental protection. |
| Social Participation Team | Manager of Administration Department is responsible for social participation team. The team uses resources offered by the company to care disadvantaged minority or groups. |
